UPDATE: Milton Finch Jr. a 77-year-old Brandon man missing since Sunday afternoon, "has been located and is safe," according to Warren Strain, public affairs director for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.
State authorities issued a Silver Alert for Finch in the first minutes of Monday morning, but canceled it just before 2 p.m. the same day.
