Sentencing hearings have been set for Muhammad Dakhlalla and Jaelyn Young.
Young's hearing will take place Aug. 11, and Daklahlla's Aug. 24.
Dakhlalla and Young were arrested in August 2015 at the Golden Triangle Regional airport in Columbus after attempting to join the Islamic State by flying to Turkey and escaping into war-torn Syria.
Dakhlalla was a Mississippi State University graduate, and was preparing to earn his graduate degree from MSU before his arrest last summer. Young studied chemistry at MSU.
The pair each changed their pleas separately in federal court in March to guilty. The couple pleaded to providing material support to terrorism. They both face up to 20 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and lifetime prohibition.
