Upcoming Montgomery Street closures

As part of the ongoing construction of The Balcony residential units, city officials agreed to close Montgomery Street between Lampkin and Hogan Streets, starting Friday.

At 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Friday, both lanes will be closed as crews work on phase one of island construction on the project.

Starting next Monday, one lane between Lampkin and Hogan Streets will be closed "as needed" until approximately Aug. 2 to complete facade and front building work, officials said.

From 1 pm. to 5 p.m., July 22 to 24, both lanes will be closed to complete the last phase of island work.
