Three men were arrested on gun charges in Starkville Monday morning after a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 12 and Louisville Street.
Starkville Police officers charged 34-year-old Bobby Ivy, of Weir, with possession of a weapon by a felon, along with charging 29-year-old Curtis Johnson, of Starkville, with the same crime.
Officers also charged 42-year-old David Fair, of Weir, with three counts of possession of a weapon by a felon and one count of possession of a stolen firearm.
The female driver of the stopped vehicle was questioned by police and released.
Ivy posted bond on Monday before his initial court appearance scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday night.
However, SPD Public Information Officer Brandon Lovelady said Ivy's bond was revoked by another court after he bonded out on the charges from Monday.
Johnson and Fair are both in the Oktibbeha County Jail and had their municipal court appearances on Monday at 6 p.m.
