This picture may be deceptive – though the ladies are in old-fashioned dresses, we suspect the designs were already antique when this photo was taken.
Does anyone know who these ladies are, and when or where this picture was made? For what occasion were they dressed up?

No one seemed to recognize the maternal-looking portrait we featured last Sunday. That was the final picture provided by Kirk Rosenhan, county fire services coordinator, and not one brought any answers. Neither we nor Kirk know any more about them now.
