Let’s welcome our next heavyweight contender, Creamie! Weighing in at 17.5 pounds, Creamie is by far our largest cat at the shelter today, though that doesn’t stop him from shelling out (or taking in) all the extra love that he can give! When this 3 year and 5 month old domestic short hair isn’t napping on something soft, this big boy absolutely loves belly rubs and will roll over for visitors as he roams the floor of the cat room. As you can tell, Creamie is a huge fan of snacks, and will give undivided attention to whoever presents him with such a gift. Creamie has been fixed and is up to date on his vaccinations and preventatives. He will also be microchipped upon finding his forever home and waits with anticipation for your visit today!
Creamie is just one of the many cats that are looking for their forever home at the Oktibbeha County Humane Society. If you are looking to add a new four-legged member to your family, visit the Oktibbeha County Humane Society's Starkville Animal Shelter which is located at 510 Industrial Park Road in Starkville. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11-5:30. Please visit www.ochsms.org or call 662-338-9093 for more information about OCHS and its programs.
