STARKVILLE, MS
Starkville native and former NBA player was arrested this week on drug charges and quickly bonded out of Oktibbeha County Jail.
Oktibbeha County sheriff's deputies served the indictment, and Outlaw turned himself in, Sheriff Steve Gladney said; but the investigation was conducted by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
