A Starkville woman wanted in connection to shoplifting incidents at the Hallmark store on Russell Street turned herself into police on Monday.

Erica Riley, 44, of Starkville, was served a warrant for felony shoplifting, the Starkville Police Department said in a news release. The warrant was first issued after the May 26 incident at the store, according to SPD.

Riley's arrest comes after Atoya Campbell, 40, of Starkville, turned herself in on June 2 in connection with the incident. The pair were wanted for allegedly stealing items from the store with a total value of $2,000, SPD said.

Riley and Campbell's bonds are set at $10,000 each, and their initial court date is scheduled for July 11 at 6 p.m.

SPD Chief Frank Nichols said he and the department are "grateful for the community's assistance" in identifying Riley and Campbell, according to a SPD news release.
