After two days out due to the winter weather, the Starkville-Oktibbeha Consolidated School District will resume operations Thursday.
The district will operate on a two-hour delay Thursday, with normal operations including bus transportation, carpool and school start times exactly two hours later than normal. All administrative, custodial, cafeteria and maintenance staff should report at the normal time, while all other employees should report no later than two hours after the normal time.
Dismissal will begin at the regularly scheduled times, and all after-school activities and programs will resume as normal.
Carpool for Sudduth Elementary, Henderson Ward Stewart Elementary and West Elementary will start at 9 a.m., with the school day beginning at 9:40 a.m.
Carpool for Overstreet Elementary will begin at 9:05 a.m., with the school day starting at 9:45 a.m.
Carpool at Armstrong Middle School and Starkville High School will begin at 9:50 a.m., with the school day beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The Emerson Family School will open its doors at 9 a.m.
